Privacy Policy
Last updated October 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ADS EZ LLC (“AdsEz,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit AdsEz.com (the “Site”). We keep it short because we collect very little.
AdsEz is the parent company of AdsAndClassifieds.com, Blog-Directory.org and CommunityBulletin.com. Each of those platforms has its own privacy policy, which applies when you use that platform. This policy covers AdsEz.com only.
Information we collect
Information you give us
If you use the contact form, we collect the email address you enter. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
If you create an account, we store your name, email address and your password in hashed form (we never store or see the password itself). We use your email address to confirm your account, reset your password and send security notices about your account.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our servers keep standard request logs: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting and keeping the Site running, and are kept for a limited time.
Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)
To block spam and automated abuse, our contact, registration and password-reset forms use Google reCAPTCHA. It loads only once you start filling in one of those forms. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data and your IP address, and sends it to Google, which may set its own cookies. Its use is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
What we don’t collect
- The Site does not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or social media pixels. Our own only cookie is a strictly necessary session cookie, set when you sign in to an AdsEz account. Pages are free of third-party scripts until you use a form protected by reCAPTCHA (see above).
- Fonts and images are served from our own server, so visiting the Site doesn’t send your information to font or image services.
- Your light or dark mode choice is saved only in your own browser (local storage). It is never sent to us.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and send you the advertising options and pricing you asked for.
- To follow up about that inquiry, which you can ask us to stop at any time.
- To keep the Site secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We won’t add you to a marketing newsletter unless you separately agree to it.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the Site, such as our hosting provider, our email delivery provider (Resend), which delivers contact form submissions and account emails, and Google reCAPTCHA (see above). They may use the information only to provide their services to us, except as Google’s own policies describe for reCAPTCHA.
- Within the AdsEz family of brands, when that’s needed to answer your inquiry (for example, if you ask about advertising on one of our platforms).
- For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails as long as needed to respond and for our ordinary business records, then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited time and then removed. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing sales@communitybulletin.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights:
- California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
- Visitors in the EU, UK and similar regions may also object to or restrict our use of their information and request a copy of it. We process inquiry information because you asked us to respond, and server logs based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
We’ll respond to requests within the time required by applicable law.
Security
The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we limit access to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Where information is processed
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws than where you live.
Children
The Site is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age), and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Links to other sites
The Site links to our brand platforms and may link to other websites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date above.
