These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of AdsEz.com (the “Site”), operated by ADS EZ LLC (“AdsEz,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. About the Site and our brands

The Site describes AdsEz and our platforms: AdsAndClassifieds.com, Blog-Directory.org and CommunityBulletin.com. Each platform has its own terms of service and policies, which govern your use of that platform, including posting ads, submitting a blog or registering a store. These Terms cover AdsEz.com only.

2. Advertising inquiries

Information on the Site about advertising placements, audiences, statistics and prices (for example, “from $100 per location for 4 weeks”) is general information, not an offer. Figures are approximate and may change without notice. Sending us an inquiry does not create an agreement. Any advertising campaign is subject to a separate written order or confirmation from us and to the terms and content policies of the platform where it runs.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• break any law or anyone else’s rights;
• submit false information, spam or someone else’s contact details through our forms;
• try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it;
• use automated tools to scrape or copy the Site in bulk, except search engines indexing it in the normal way;
• introduce viruses or other harmful code.

4. Our content and trademarks

The Site’s content, design and code, and the names and logos of AdsEz, AdsAndClassifieds.com, Blog-Directory.org and CommunityBulletin.com, belong to AdsEz or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share the Site for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, modify or use our content or trademarks in other ways without our written permission.

5. Links to other websites

The Site links to our brand platforms and may link to other websites. We’re not responsible for the content or practices of websites we don’t operate, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Site.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any advertising results will be achieved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdsEz and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AdsEz harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
